Seven soldiers in the new HAT government, the hybrid pattern gone down in completion,

Albert Camille Vital remains in control of the HAT government. Seven militaries are going to make this half military half civilian technical team. General Rakotoarimasy Andry Lucien is being rewarded with the National Defense department for his loyalty to Andry Rajoelina. The appointment of this former HAT military presidential cabinet chief equally serves the restoration of a some shadow of order within the army. The Defense department is once again recovered by the « elders ». The general Rakotoarimasy is stemming from the military academy’s 8th promotion.  

The national defense department might well be entrusted to the right man at the right time, but the maintenance of Vice-admiral Hyppolite Ramaroson on top of the foreign office is one of the Vital government’s bets. Although being everything but a skilled diplomat, the navy officer remains usefull in quality of eye witness, in order to repeat that  no Coup had ever taken place either against president Marc Ravalomanana or against the military board of directors. Appointing the general Herilanto Raveloharison on top of the environmental department is equally controversial. This technician would have deserved a better position. He is besides taking over from another general.  

A soldier is on top of the Healthcare department, physicians and parameds, ye be warned! General Pascal Rajaonarison is entering Ambohidahy. The general cleansing of the national state police begins with general Randrianazary’s appointment at general Ravelomanana’s expenses  as State Secretary. Finally, as a proof that the HAT government is in no way a matter of capacity, the Lt colonel Georget Mandehatsara is inheriting the Fishing Ressources Management department.  

Beside the five soldiers, five civilians also integrate the Vital II government, technically speaking, the HAT Prime Minister’s first ever choice. The civil administrators successfully  imposed one of their owns on top of the Interior department. Jean, that’s actually his name, is, from then on, going to be the technician in charge of preparing the electoral process in support to the electoral commission. Freddy Mahazoasy got a promotion and became the Trade Ministry’s boss, a well know territory of his, for having been its former general director for a while. Iharizaka Rahaingoson is one of computer engineering’s pioneer in Madagascar. He logically integrates the Telecommunications and New technologies department.  

The ministry of the Communication swaps its leader. The former RNM radio station, Felix Malazarivo takes over from the young Nathalie Rabe, the Leader Fanilo party’s top figure stemming from the business communication world. Gilbert Raharizatovo’s recovered objectivity and critical mindset was turning her into the odd one. The former Culture department’s minister is able to fully dedicate attention to his new party. The musician and pianist Mireille Rakotomalala is taking over.  

The Vital government is mostly made of members of the Rajoelina mobility. Some defectors from the Ratsiraka mobility are also in since they swayed allegiance to the HAT leader. There is no political opening at all, it is rather quite the opposite. The ten new military and civilian militaries, supposed to bring a cloud of neutrality, are making one third of the government.
