Beriziky turns a government out in Rajoelina´s way

Former president Zafy thought to have got a bargain, he actually fell in the HAT´s trap. It is Andry Rajoelina is in the end the one imposing his power sharing pattern to the Prime minister Omer Beriziky. The TGV finally has what it has always been longing for, namely each and everyone of its small soldiers who contributed to the year 2009´s putsch . In addition to a prime minister stemming from the UDR-C, Antananarivo´s mayor´s party strengthened its position by making out of Hajo Andrianainarivelo its deputy Prime minister in charge of Development and regional development. He has not only survived a disastrous management of the lots related issues, he was rewarded with a promotion as government´s number 2 and official provider of Trano mora! 

The TGV joyfully keeps those supposed to defend its power like its Justice minister Christine Razanamahasoa, closely linked to political detention. Harry Rahajason, the Communication department minister proved his efficiency in mastering the press. Ny Hasina Andriamanjato remains the undisputed master of the Telecommunication department, mainly on political ground, for the HAT is lagging far behind on the new technology starting grid. 

The HAT´s leader kept the army´s top command unblurred, as supportive to the Rajoelina sphere as ever. Lucien Rakotoarimasy´s position as defense secretary remains undisputed. The general Randrianazary remains in control of the state police but from now on as minister. Is any reaction to be feared? The very much disputed foreign office was claimed by the Rajoelina sphere, even though the concerned nominee Pierrot Rajaonarivelo denies any allegiance. Hery Rajaonarimampianina remains finance minister. His connection to the Rajoelina sphere drew the opposition to require his head, but the accountant was allowed to rely on his bosses´ support. 

Crumbs for the Opposition 

The balance required by the opposition´s spheres will therefore not be pledged by the Beriziky cabinet dominated by the Rajoelina sphere. It even managed to have friends like Florent Rakotoarisoa and Pierrot Rajaonarivelo in command of departments supposed to be conceded. Only Régis Manoro was granted the national education department usually disputed before elections. Pierrot Botozaza from the Ravalomanana sphere has the bronze medal as deputy prime minister in charge of the economy and the industry behind party members from the UDR and the TGV. Both figures attended the appointment ceremony in Iavoloha in spite of their respective parties´ rejection of the new cabinet. 

Mamy Rakotoarivelo reported that a couple of his sphere´s members had given in to the HAT in spite of the order to turn any membership within the government imposed by Rajoelina. Albert Zafy appears even bitterer. “The roadmap clearly declares that the Prime minister chooses the ministers according to the involved parties´ proposals, and that Andry does nothing but signing”, he vociferated. The one dearly calling the transitional leader by his first name noticed that Beriziky Omer actually gave in to Rajoelina and obeyed his will when declaring: “Andry wanted to keep in control of  particular ministries because he wants to hush stinking files up! “. Out of both opposition spheres´ 10 nominees, 5 obeyed their leaders´ order. As a conclusion, Omer Beriziky never made any effort to be fair in any way.
